With just over five months to go before Georgia Tech kicks off their 2024 season from Dublin, Coach Key and J Batt had a taste of what they can expect this Summer with a weekend full of activities. Their visit started with a tour of the Aviva Stadium so both Coach Key and J Batt could get a better understanding of how the stadium transforms to lend itself to an American Football game.We then hosted a media day for Coach Key, where domestic and U.K. media had the opportunity to ask Coach a few questions about the game.

Next up was the Off The Ball Studios, where Ger Gilroy interviewed Coach for the Off the Ball Podcast. You can listen to the episode here.

J Batt was interviewed by Rob Harnett from Sport For Business. You can listen to the podcast episode here.

On Saturday, Coaches from the Irish Wolfhounds, Ireland’s National American Football Team, gathered for a meeting with Coach Key. The Irish Wolfhounds gave Coach Key a better understanding of the growth of American Football in Ireland and our National leagues, the National Team and the importance of the sport to Ireland, while Coach Key shared some of his coaching knowledge with the Irish Wolfhounds.

Both J Batt and Coach Key got to experience a ‘full house' at the Aviva Stadium as they attended the Ireland and Wales Guinness Six Nations Championship and had the opportunity to go down to the pitch during halftime.

There’s so many great ways to come over here. To travel here, watch Georgia Tech Football play, experience the culture of this country and Dublin, it’s a no-brainer to come and make the trip over," Said Coach Key.
