(5) Tiger Stadium - LSU

Widely regarded as "Death Valley", there aren’t too many in the world of sports quite like LSU's Tiger Stadium. With an official capacity of 102,321, it's no surprise that so many players have gone on record to state that the Tiger's home is undoubtedly the most challenging place for a visiting team to play. Lauded for their night game atmosphere, Tiger Stadium comes in at number 5 on the list.

(2) Beaver Stadium - Penn State

There are few sights quite like a packed-out Penn State home game at Beaver Stadium. Coming as the fourth largest stadium in the world in any sport and second in college football. Known for having one of the best student sections in college football, the ‘Nittany Lions’ are recognised to have introduced the now beloved 'white out' to college football. This tradition was introduced to represent a snow blizzard in the ground, further adding to the lore of their game day atmosphere. Infamously, in the 2024 matchup against Penn State, SMU had to take a timeout because the noise from the fans was so loud that the players couldn't communicate. SMU threw a pick-six in the very next play.
